Is there anyway to make neomail or horde accessible from a browser without knowing the cpanel user/pass? I have a client who wants to setup a webmail service for a few of his friends and family but obviously doesnt want them to have cpanel access

cheers, is there anyway to login to one or the other without going to the page that asks you to select horde or neomail?

    Try https://"ip" or "domain name":2096/neomail/index.php
Should normally try to use the secure port.:)
