Usually when I'm directing using bluehost as hosting for my domain, we can access webmail in two ways :
for example :
mail.[mydomain].com
[mydomain].com/webmail

But in this case, it happened that on some of our domain, we cannot access the webmail via mail.[mydomain].com
Instead of going to the webmail, they displayed some "Default Website Page" ... I think this isn't right

Could you please help me to solve the problem
And please give me some guidance so I can prevent same things happened again in the future

Thank you

The default record mapped and proxied to the webmail service is generally webmail.mydomain.com (unless bluehost do something different). If your other domains with them operate a webmail proxy subdomain on mail. then it would probably be worth dropping them a ticket

Hello :)

Yes, typically you would use the following URL to access webmail over port 80:

Code:
http://webmail.example-domain.com
You may want to contact your web hosting provider if this is not working, or if an alternate URL was working in the past.

Thank you.
