Try upgrading CPanel, or disabling suexec, that should help....

If you need further assistance, drop us an e-mail.

Unfortunately, the STABLE version of cPanel is currently broken (as of the first of last week.) I have not seen an ETA for a fix yet but I assume fairly soon they will fix the STABLE version.

    FYI.. Not all STABLES effected

we are running the lastest stable on two boxes, RH7.3 and 9.0 w/the lastest apache builds and updates and w/phpsuexec and suexec enabled and have had no problems reported for about 2 wks now... so it's not just the STABLE tree...

    You're right:

If you have suexec enabled but non phpsuexec, cpanel and webmail are broken.

But if you have both phpsuexec enabled as well as suexec, or on the flip side if you have neither enabled (which is a little risky IMO), you are unaffected.
