Hi all,

Forgive me if this has been answered somewhere in the forums, but I just spent 2 hours searching and could not find an answer that fit.

I have WHM/Cpanel 11, with all the appropriate options selected to force a redirect to the SSL cert name when a user accesses http://domain.com/webmail

Now, I have a couple special circumstances wherein the website is NOT hosted on the cpanel server, so the http://domain.com/webmail cannot and will not function. So, I need to get http://webmail.domain.com functioning.

It does, to a point. When accessing, it shows 'SSL encryption is required for access to this server. Log in using SSL.'

The link, however, points to https://webmail.domain.com:2096, to which of course the SSL certificate does not belong. I have verified all the 'Tweak Settings' configuration is correct, by testing another domain that does have hosting on the server with the /webmail, and it redirects to the https://sslhost.com:2096 just fine. Altering the settings appears to have no effect on the link.

I prefer not to turn off 'Require SSL' globally to make it function.

How can I get this link to behave the same as the redirects are configured?

    Thanks in advance!

    W.
