Many clients have complained that their mail sent to Hotmail/Yahoo etc are always added to the Junk/Bulk mail folders.

The headers on all emails always show the hostname of the server itself, when sent via web forms or webmail (horde). The hostname therefore will not match the sender domain name and Hotmail for one routes mail with mismatched sender/primary hostname to junk folders.

Is there any way to fix this so that the sender domain matches the account domain when clients send mail ?

The IP's of our servers are not listed in RBL or other SPAM lists and can be regarded as clean for the purpose of this post).

I fixed an issue like this by going, Exim Configuration Editor - and unchecked "Always set the Sender: header when the sender is changed from the actual sender."

    Worked for me...

Also make sure you have PHPSuExec and SuExec enabled and installed
