Webmail: IP has changed

    Hello

    I made an email for a someone and when he tries to login he gets an error: ip has changed.
    What could I do to solve this?

    PS: I don't (think) I got WHM

    Hello :)

    Does this happen directly upon login to the webmail interface, or only after selecting a specific webmail application? Have you contacted your hosting provider to report this issue?

    This happend upon login to the webmail interface.
    But I waited a day and now it's fine
