Webmail issues

Hello
I am really Disappointed with the webmail stuff. i have a cpanel and i have a Gsuite account also some mails are created over that. now i have create more mails with out gsuite the issue was that from webmail i can sent mails bt when some replies to that mail it shows unknown/ no such user kindly please help me guys

Hey there! I see your profile says you only have cPanel access to the machine. If that is correct, you would likely need to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check the mail logs on the system. Data in the /var/log/exim_mainlog would give them more details about the issue, but you would not have access to that at the user level.
