SOLVED Webmail loading issue

    Hi,
    I am facing issue in webmail with all accounts under my server. Webmail interface takes too much time to open and sometime gives unknown error "could not connect to localhost" while loading.
    Restarting dovecot service solve the problem temporarily. After sometime, webmail delivers same problem.

    Hello,

    Do you notice any output to /var/log/maillog or /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Is the system load higher than normal when encountering this issue?

    There is nothing unusual in log files and server load when this problem occurs.

    Thanks for your response. My issue has been fixed by increasing IMAP connection limit by doing following steps
    Login to WHM
    service configuration >> mailserver configuration >> Maximum Number of Mail Processes
