Webmail login custom notification

I would like to place a custom notification on the webmail login page (ie. the one displayed when navigating to example.com/webmail). This notification should be visible to everyone accessing webmail on that particular server (so not just a single domain).

Is there a template somewhere that can be edited, and will edits survive a cPanel update?
