Hi, I have searched and read over 20 threads about this topic, but am not able to find a solution, this is what I want to do:

I understand there is no way having an automatic way of loading the your choice of webmail client.

This is what I want, when someone types, domain.com/webmail to have that forward to https://domain.com:2096/3rdparty/squirrelmail/src/login.php

and I want that to be done automatically for every new cpanel account I create

I also want to have regular login page instead of the popup username password field to login, like this site http://webmail.100for100.com/

can someone please please help, this would mean the world to me. Thank you

As for removing the HTTP Authentication Dialog, all you need to do is disable HTTP Authentication via Tweak Settings. However, by doing so, you are forcing your server to use lesser secure Cookie-based Authentication. Just be aware that you are sacrificing security for aesthetics with such a setting modification.

Oh, well thats one way, is there no other way? wont this also disable the authentication dialog for whm and cpanel logins as well?

There is no other way? What if I only wanted the webmails login page to be a webpage instead of the http authentication. Thanks

You could place a login form on your website for webmail and have your users use that. Source code for that is available at:

OK great! Thats what I was looking for, but how do I do it so its only the webmail login? Do i remove the # from the webmail lines?

Also, where do I upload this file?

Now all I have to figure out is, how can I make this work for https://domain.com:2096/3rdparty/squ.../src/login.php

and once I figure that out, how can I make domain.com/webmail to forward to this authentication page?

    Thanks David
