    Greetings!

I have a subdomain on my website and I created a email account with this subdomain

    ex. sample@yyy.domain.com

when I try to login using this email account I'm getting an error message.

I'm using Horde, so I need to put the full email address to login to horde, but when I did using the email account with subdomain I'm getting this error message

Notice: (null)(): Retrying LOGIN authentication after AUTHENTICATE LOGIN failed (errflg=1) in Unknown on line 0

Notice: (null)(): Retrying LOGIN authentication after AUTHENTICATE LOGIN failed (errflg=1) in Unknown on line 0

Notice: (null)(): Can not authenticate to IMAP server: AUTHENTICATE LOGIN failed (errflg=2) in Unknown on line 0

    Horde error

    Hello

    Try running /scripts/resethorde

Its a cPanel bug I believe, although i am not 100% sure, use http://domain.com:2095 to get around it

    Thank you,
