Webmail Login Theme Change

It appears the option to change default webmail login theme is no longer available under tweak settings. I've checked modify package and account and do not see an option to change the webmail login theme attached to a custom cPanel theme. How does one change this now?

Webmail is still included with the "Default login theme" option in Tweak Settings.
