I created emails in cPanel, followed server and ports as instructed. I can receive emails but I am not able to send emails from my email-client. Any help will be appreciated.

Your title mentions webmail, but your message mentions email client.
Could you clarify please.

If you go to www.yourdomain.com/webmail can you send anything from there.

Also what error messages do you see.
Sorry my error. I meant to say that I applied cPanal suggested ports and server details on to my email client. I can receive emails alright, but can't send emails. It has the same problem with the domain WebMail. I have been trying few changes on the DNS server but no joy so far.

Same problem here. Since Friday 04.10.2019 we are not able to send anything via CPanel webmail. We receive emails and we are able to send everything within our domains but no way sending anything out. This is the message:

Code:
Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
retry time not reached for any host after a long failure period

Reporting-MTA: dns; srv.example.com

Action: failed
Final-Recipient: rfc822;[email protected]
Status: 5.0.0

Result from the WHM email sending report:

retry time not reached for any host after a long failure period
PLEASE HELP!

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you are both having this issue. However, in most cases this may need to be looked into by your hosting provider directly.

@Valkar Do you receive any error responses after attempting to send emails from webmail? If so, can you provide me with the output of one of those "Mail delivery failed" messages? If no error messages are returned, I would suggest contacting your hosting provider so that they can access the server directly and take a closer look.

@1Liberty Unfortunately the "retry time not reached" error can be caused for numerous factors. Does this only occur when sending to Yahoo users? It is most likely that other emails from you or other users on the same server are being differed by Yahoo.com. It may also be possible that the messages will eventually be delivered after some time. Would it be possible to send us the full error message? Also, have you confirmed that there are no blocks put on the server directly? You can also inquire about this with your hosting provider directly.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Dear cPJeremy

This problem started last Friday. Emails cannot be sent anywhere (Yahoo is just an example) except emails on our server. This service has been set up back in 2016 and nobody touched anything since then. Everything worked fine until last Friday (04.10.2019)

Here you are the full report (I used "xxx" in emails in order to avoid tracking by spam bots):

FIXED!

The problem occured on the side of hosting provider. Our server has been blocked due to the anti-spam policy. After unblocking all works fine. Please check with your hosting provider and the server configuration.

I am using the same cPanel ([email protected]) on my iPhone. I am only able to receive emails while sending the error message "server has rejected your email".
