    Hi all,

I'm currently facing this issue with webmail not working on a brand new server. I've tried everything suggested in this forum, and I haven't been able to get webmail working.

    I've tried running:
    /scripts/upcp --force
    /scripts/courierup --force
    /scripts/eximup --force

I've tried setting proper permissions on user folders:
    chown -R -c user:mail /home/user/etc
    chown -R -c user:mail /home/user/mail

This happens on accounts that have been moved from our old server (where webmail was/is working), and newly created accounts.

This is really a hair puller, if anyone could help me than that'd be great.

    Thanks,

    Jason

Oh yes... Really sorry about that, I was up last night until 3AM trying to fix it, I need my coffee.

When I go into Horde, and click "Log in", I get:
Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly.

When I go into Squirrelmail, I get:
ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

When I Go into Roundcube, it tries to load for a while, then I just get a blank screen.

Again, I really appreciate if someone could help me.

    Hello,

    Try this:

    killall -9 xinetd pop3
    = /scripts/restartsrv cppop
    = /scripts/restartsrv xinetd

This should resolve login issue .

    /scripts/upcp --force
    /scripts/makecpphp

I believe it was the second script that I ran that fixed the problem. Same error as originally described.
