Webmail problem ...

Hi there,

first of all sorry for my bad english writing, it's not my first language.....

When we create an e-mail account from the cpanel internet and after we try to access the Webmail interface : www.$domain.com/webmail

The user name and password is always refuse ... but the username and password for the main cpanel access is accepted ...

We create many e-mail account an will always get an authentifications error ....


Somebody have a solution for this problem ?

Hi there,

Ok, i found the solution ... i have to use for the user name :
login@$domain.com

But it's strange for the main account the @$domain.com is not need ...

someone have a tips ?
