Which is the better webmail program and why? I see that there are three offered but i have been thinking i should limit that to 2 or even 1 webmail program.
Is there a reason why i should keep all three? If not which program is better? Any suggestions here?
It's a matter of personal preference. In dealing with folks over the years, here's a quick summary of why folks like each of the different webmail interfaces:
RoundCube: Easy to use, looks and feels modern
Horde: Horde is the most powerful of these three, so email power users tend to prefer Horde
Squirrelmail: Nice for those that just want a simple webmail interface that isn't bogged down by web 2.0 interfaces or have too many features.
Of course, you can monitor access to each of these webmail interfaces via /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log and if you find that one (or more) of these apps is going unused, feel welcome to turn it off.
Just remember, you're only disabling the software. These are just interfaces to one's email. Accessing your email in all 3 interfaces will *not* create 3 copies of the same email messages on the server.
