Webmail Security Policy Handling Failed

    Hello.

    mailuser is login Then, the following message is displayed on the Webmail.

    In looking at the error_log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) the following was being logged:

    user@example.com is the account that exist.
    Logging in with POP3 is successful.

    How can I fix it?

    This can happen if the password set for the mail account doesn't meet the password complexity policy. Reducing password complexity level or disabling the security policy may help, but is not recommended. You can reset the password of the mail account through cPanel and set it to a more complex one. Some times you may need to restart the cPanel service as well.

    If that too fails, open a ticket with cPanel support.
