webmail session expiration short time

One of my customers mentioned today that she was receiving several errors from the webmail that we did setup
for hosting domain in our CPanel server so I was wondering if there is any reported issue with the last WHM/CPanel version 88.0.9

What are the errors she's receiving exactly? There are not as far as I am aware issues with this in v88.
