webmail shows blank

    Hi,


    1)my problem is that when i log in the webmail via http://domain:2095,

    it shows with blank.



    2)i search from the forum,

    and i get the post http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=66774,

    and try to click the "Update System Software",

    after running ok,it does not work still.



    3)in my memory,i ssh to the server yesterday,

    i find yum in "top" command.



    4)my server software is

    can anyone help me with this?

    if anyone get the same problem,

    please check the post http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=74696 to fix it.


    first,ssh to server and run
    it will remove something and stop,

    then,you should run
    later,


    it will been fixed.

    You are running a very old version of cPanel, you may wish to consider upgrading. There is no additional cost to upgrade at this time.

    Hi,DavidG,


    is there any document about upgrading?

    because i heard the format of mail between cpanel 10 and 11 are different,

    i worry if i upgrade it,there will take some problem and i do not have certain ability to solve them quickly.

    Well the latter cPanel 10 installations used Maildir, but those who haven't yet converted in the past 3 years or so definitely should migrate to Maildir ASAP.
