Hello! Since the last upgrade to cPanel 64 my customers can't access webmail via subdomain.

If they type webmail.domain.com they see the website. domain.com/webmail is working ok.

Anyone having the same issue? How can i fix this?

    Hello,

Do you have a subdomain configured for "webmail" under the account when browsing to the Subdomains option in cPanel?

    Thank you.

    Hello, no Subdomains in cPanel.

    Thanks

I add. It happens on two servers, all accounts.

    Hello,

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

To update, the issue was addressed after removing custom local Apache templates and restoring the default ones offered through EasyApache.

    Thank you.
