I am having this issue with a server where webmail @ port 2095 attempts to load Paper Latern:

    thedomain.com:2095/cpsess8774525723/webmail/paper_lantern/?login=1

Which is all hosed up of course. Basically white screen, links but no images or css loading.

    cPanel build: WHM 11.52.0

I have forced a reinstall but same issue occurs.

I would prefer for it to load the typical x3 default. Not showing the option under tweak settings nor do I even see paper latern listed in webmail themes.

*Fix: Did not locate option to switch back to X3 but found the domain was alias'ing www through CloudFlare which is what caused the issue.

    Hello :)

I am happy to see the issue is now resolved. Thank you for updating us with the outcome. Note that you can change the theme in the package assigned to the account or by using the "Modify an Account" option in WHM.

    Thank you.
