    Hello,

Can you let us know the output to /var/log/maillog and /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when authentication fails?

    Thank you.

    Translation:

    Hola,

    Gracias.

    Hello,

Can you try updating the cPanel account password using "WHM >> Password Modification" and verify if the issue persists? Also, are you using cPHulk brute force protection? If so, check the "History Reports" tab in "WHM >> cPHulk Brute Force Protection" to verify that the account or your IP isn't locked out.

    Thank you.

    Hola,

    Gracias.
