Is there any way for the owner of the domain, while connected to CP, to view various email accounts, under WebMail?

For example while connected I might want to look at any mail for webmaster, or sales, or support, or whatever, or switch from one to the other..

No- you have to log in sepearately via the webmail interface for each of the individual pop3 accounts within the domain in question. The root \"master\" login via webmail, shows the catch-all account\'s inbox for the domain in question.
