I just had an account signup today that wants to transfer his account from a server running webmin. Has anyone recently attempted such a transfer?

    Thanks

Your best bet is to create a new account on your cpanel server, configure the email accounts as required, then transfer over the webroot and mail folders from the webmin server - I don't think there is any 'automated' way of doing it.
