Website DNS lookup, need to get around

    My professor hosts a website from cpanel, and when you do a ping, it gives you an IP address, but when you put it in, it gives an error that says the website isn't hosted there. I need a way to get around the DNS lookup. The IP of the website is 209.62.39.16 and the website is http://www.mi-rio.com.
