I have a website for - Removed - called - Removed - But even after trying a lot I am not able to optimize the speed of this website. Can someone in this forum can help me to understand that how can I reduce Server repose time as itself it takes around 2.3sec

On the networking side, if your Internet service provider suddenly starts supporting both IPv4 and IPv6 and there's partial breakage somewhere on the IPv6 network path, these sorts of issues can suddenly crop up out of the blue. Try to change your web hosting ( i recommend you to go with [removed])
