Website not loading first time

Hi, I’m facing strange issue on one of my server. When we open website it show error :

This Site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in domain.com
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

If we refresh it works. But first time it show error while opening

What could be the reason behind it if anyone know. Thanks

Have you checked the nameservers the domain is pointing to? It could be that one of them is not responding.

I agree with Andrew, it definitely sounds like a nameserver not responding.

Have you checked the nameservers the domain is pointing to? It could be that one of them is not responding.

Both ns are working fine.

It happen someone with some domains only. Server have 39 cpanels. Only some cpanels domain didn’t work on first try. It work fine after refresh. What could be the reason behind it? Is it issue with datacenter network or issue with software

Sporadic DNS resolution would usually be due to a misconfigured nameserver, but if both ns are working fine as you say then it may be network or firewall related or something else altogether.

Try testing with the firewall temporarily disabled to rule out any firewall issues.

If you still experience an issue, then a ticket with cPanel may be necessary so they can have a closer look.

I do agree the error is related to DNS of some sort. That propagation checking tool would likely be helpful in this scenario.
