SOLVED Website not resolving properlly

Hello,

I recently moved to new VPS server, since then some websites suddenly broke, unreachable from different ISP and devices. after 6 to 24 hours, the website come online again.

How can I know whats happening ? All server services are up, server is not overloaded at all, cpanel log (errors) show nothing.

Sounds like the domain needed to fully propagate. Has it gone down again, since?

I think i found the problem, need to adjust some user's custom DNS after server transfer. Probably now all is fine. thank you for your assistance.
