HI

So i have a WHM installed with hostname cpanel.example.co.za where I have full control of this domain

Now I have created a user with cpanel, I created the domain test.co.za and I also have control of this domian. (Main domain)
I added another domain under this same users cpanel called stage.co.za

Now I would like to redirect www.stage.co.za to redirect to https://www.information.co.za/example.html (I dont own information.co.za)

Now when I set this up in cpanel. it keeps on re-directing to https://www.test.co.za
I have created a seperate AutoSSL cert for stage.co.za as well.

Did I do something wrong somewhere? Or do I have something wrong in my WHM config?

I know this can be done as my current hosting provider does this for me but i am in the process tomove everything to my own WHM/Cpanel server.

Since you don't own the domain you are redirecting to, it would be best to create the domain as either a unique cPanel account or as an addon domain. either one of those would allow you to setup a redirect to the remote website through the .htaccess file.
