Websites are down or 503 error

Websites are down. but all the features are up. Litespeed, mariadb etc are active. i dont know how to solve this issue.

You don't give much info to start with... but if you are getting 503 errors you can find more info in:
/etc/apache2/logs/error_log

Try to access a website giving 503 error and then do this:
grep "YOURIPADDRES" /etc/apache2/logs/error_log

You should see the error.
