websites do not work sometimes,dns problem?

Hi,

i move two websites to a server-a,

the dns of server-a were set well for a long time before the two websites move to the server,

but recently,the users tell us they can not link their website,

they need to re-link it many times and it works later,

i want to ask if any way can check why it is?

Check the DNS report of domains and see if they points to the new server correctly. If the domains are pointing correctly then you can ask your users to provide the tracert report from their end because it may be possible that their IP addresses are getting blocked before reaching to your server.
