    Hi team,

joined this forum for the first time as i did not get any information outside and googling forever.

http://XXXXX:2087/json-api/listaccts is hitting HTTP 403 forbidden error suddenly and as a result i cant see any of my websites @godaddy server page CPANEL TAB.

But all the cpanel's are visible when i logon to WHM. Its just that this error on perm module http call is preventing website's cpnbale listing @godaddy CPANEL TAB in server page.Attached screenshot.

    Hello!

Can you verify if there are any errors being logged to /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log or /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you get the 403 error?

    Thanks!

    Thanks again.WIll check that link.

My server is bracing increased brute force atatcks very frequently and exim/dovcot spam frequently.Twice hackers spammed exim mail Queue and all mails went above 5000/5000 limit of the day.I enabled fail2ban and other security features like apache spam assain , greylisting, rate filtering etc other 'mail' security tweaks under 'tweak parameters'.

This issue of cpanel links not visible under cpanel tab started happening after enabling above security checks. But what I do not understand is why afer enabling mail related security checks would affect cpanel display in the cpanel tab as shown the attached screenshot.

I disabled all I had enabled just to crosscheck but still the same issue , so I see that this issue is not related what I enabled as security checks above. This baffles me! :(

Checked that link and Im not sure what API tokens do as I have not used it before.

    Hello,

I recommend reporting this issue to GoDaddy's support team, as the image you provided shows the issue relates to a custom application they are providing to show you a list of cPanel accounts.

    Thank you.
