I have an alias email set up on my web. It sends form responses to me via my normal internet access provider. It works fine.
Here's the problem: If you try to send email directly to this email address it is returned as undeliverable and the error message references the former email address I used when on another provider (I moved). For example: Old address is: XXX@oldprovider.com; new address is: XXX@newprovider.com. If you send email to XXX@newprovider.com it is returned referencing "Undeliverable..." to XXX@oldprovider.com (which correctly does not exist anymore.
I have checked all web email parameters and they all ref the new address. Any ideas?

If you have recently moved, you need to speak to you internet service provider as their DNS records might not have updated. Give them the old ip and the new ip and they should be able to sort it for you.
