Hello we have a linux server with CPanel, a customer is reporting a problem in the CPanel interface at his site, when he clicks in Add/Edit/Delete Email accounts he gets this error:

Now the problem is that we cannot see this error. Our customer is using Internet Explorer 6 and we are using the same browser.
