Weird problem - Can't download zip files from one account

Over file manager, selected some folders, compress.
Can't download the file over file manager, public_html, ftp... only on this account.
The website on this account is working without any problems. The problem is only with the zip file.
Never see that before.

Someone have an idea?

This is not something about the account, i can't download the zip file, only if whmcs folder installation is included on the file.

I'll need to open a ticket.
I have deleted the folder, and when I try to upload some file for this account, it not works.

Solved.

When I'm going to open the ticket, I see something about firewall and then I'm checking into this.

Unbelievable, this rule get that file inside of ZIP file? HOW?

The zip file have a file from whmcs with the name announcements.php, and the iptables got it inside the zip file. Just removed this rule, and work. To do a test, I have enabled again, and again it block my zip file.

INPUT -m string --algo bm --string "announce" -j DROP

Unbelievable... Unbelievable and Unbelievable.

And this rule, is on the Host Server... cPanel is a VPS inside this host. For the gods, If I don't remember that I have used this rules on the host server, maybe we will lost days trying to find this problem.
