I have a very weird problem with just one account. For some unknown reason one of my clients accounts will only work with mydomain.com and not www.mydomain.com.

I have checked the httpd.conf file and its entry is correct, I have checked its DNS zone file and this is correct also.

Whenerver you try to look at www.mydomain.com you get the Cpanel webpage "There is no website configured at this address."

I've never had this problem before and to me its very weird. Any ideas anyone?

Check the ips in bind and apache, it might be pointing to the wrong ip.

I would suggest checking to see if the A record for www is in place properly. This is most likely the issue. You can re-add it via the DNS interface.
