Weird slowness connecting to the website, subsequent refresh works fine (Post update 90)

Hello,

I dont know why, but website loads slow post update 90, like it takes 10-15 seconds just to get TFFB and then subsequent refresh loads within a second.

I am not even sure where to look for error, as the server works fine on refresh, but not on first load (can replicate the issue in incognito mode).

Checked, nothing specific.



It takes ages to load, this happened couple of weeks back too, that time i was just able to restore version 88 from backup, but this server does not have such.

Usually those sites where you check the TTFB have a waterfall scale that shows you how where it's being held up. Did you check this on yours?

Because i checked here - Byte Check - TTFB Results

Only says TFFB 10 seconds, and nothing else.

This has happened only after update 90 so i am not sure what broke.

This exact issue happened before too in other server, it became slow for some reason, i had to restore v88 backup and then it worked fine, but v90 doesnt.

I checked using MXToolbox Domain Health and the root domain responds rapidly.
What have you got going on with the web site itself.

The URL looks suspicious, something doesn't look right to me.

Please stop posting links. Period. There is no reason for a link to a 3rd party site to be posted here and that specific one you're trying to check is a known spam URL. See Forums Guidelines and FAQ if you have questions about what does and does not belong in a forum thread.

If you're having issues with your site loading why not try a site which does give you information to view the TTFB, there are plenty of reliable ones out there. Without any further information though, there's not much anyone can do to be of assistance.
