Hi,

A customer is trying to delete a subdomain

Every time he clicks delete, you get a delete confirmation

Then you go back and the stupid thing is still there

Also it will let you add a subdomain with exactly the same name and it doesn't complain

It looks like it doens't know its there

Any ideas?

It won't delete the folder, its setup like that because you can create ftp accounts for them and that way it you can remove one or the other and still keep one. Its pretty much a failsafe type deal..

no,

Thats not what I meant

I am not talking about the folder

It is still listed in cpanel and it is redirected to an old folder when its supposed to be deleted and redirection removed
