    Hello,

Whenever I try to create a new account from root's WHM , the account information email is not sent to the client.

I get the email , but the actual client does not get it.
The email sent to me is logged in /var/log/exim_mainlog but the email sent to the client is not logged in any of the exim logs? seems whm is not even sending the email?

I have this problem on 2 of my servers. Both servers running CentOS 4.5 and WHM on the latest Current build.

    Please help.

My server has never sent out details to clients. My billing system has always done that (WHMCS). Are you using anything like that atm or just cPanel/WHM itself?

Alternatively you can check out http://www.cpanel.net/support/docs/hooks.htm here for where you can place a script yourself to email clients. I've not seen a check box anywhere to send details to a client automatically. Anyone else?

cPanel/WHM does not contact the client for you. This functionality would typically be handled manually or by whatever billing application you are using.
