Out of curiousity, Do you have a contact email input in the third cPanel for the reseller account?

My guess is that there is no set email address and it cannot send out that message.

I wish someone would have posted an answer to this. I have the same issue.

Resellers do not get an email when they create an account.

Anybody know how to make this work?

    Thank you

I don't think this solution addresses what the original post was asking.

We all agree that WHM doesn't send the domain user (customer) an email, but what dominiomatic was asking was with regard to the reseller receiving a confirmation email.

I've noticed that my resellers used to receive one, but all of a sudden WHM stopped sending them and I didn't intentionally do anything to make this happen.

Is there a setting somewhere that controls this?

Yes, my servers are running WHM 10.8.0 as well, so it appears that it has something to do with this version.
