I'm attempting to transfer an account from 1 server to another.

The WHM copy account is failing with md5sum error. so after numerous attempts I tried /scripts/pkgacct username. Then retried the copy. No luck.

So now I'm going to wget the tar.gz file onto the other server from the other server with a wget command.

However my server in shell responds with a 403 unauthorized error. I tried to access the file (which is in the users public_html dir) via a browser and received the same problem.

any ideas as to why i cannot wget a tar.gz file?

    Hello,

What is the size of tar.gz file?. Did the user reach the quota?. Is there enough space in /tmp folder of the 2 servers?. Check all these. It will help you to solve this issue.
