what are the /scripts/burst* ?

    I noticed a bunch of new scripts in the /scripts folder. Anyone know what they do? or how to use them? more importantly, what is the burstmonitor script? looked through the coding and it looks as though it montitors for out of control processes, etc. Anyone know for sure?

    I appear to have those too

    root@host [/scripts]# ls *burst*
    burstbackup* burstbackup.old* burstcron* burstmonitor* burstmysql* burstreset* burstulimit* burstupgrade*

    anyone know what they're for?
