    Suddenly my cpanel stop's working.
So i check /usr/local/cpanel/ and findout that file cpanle
have chmod 700. After setting chmod 755 and running /scripts/upcp everything works nice and smooth.
Question is: Wich chmod file /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel must have?
