"Options in this color are enabled by default in php 5.2.4. That means that you won't see anything added to php's configure line unless it is unchecked. "

So if I check it is it installed or not installed? Its kind of confusing?

Obviously this must have been written by someone where english is a second language??

Since it's enabled by default, nothing needs added to the configure command.
