What does this mean? CPU maxed out

    I'm not sure what maxed out means. English is my second language. This is a new server and the load is from 0.00 to 0.20 usually. Can anybody please tell me what happened here and if I need to do anything?

    IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
    This is cPanel cpuwatch on server.´domain.com!
    While processing, the cpu has been
    maxed out for more then a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of
    this email is
    11:54am up 12 days, 4:48, 0 users, load average: 1.05, 0.23, 0.07
    You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
    steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit
    /var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run
    /usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).
