   I am getting ready to do a WHM to WHM account transfer for several domains.. can anyone tell me exactly what this checkbox option does?

   it does exactly what it says
   
   "Skip Copying Reseller Privs"
   if domain abc.com had reseller privilages and you checked this option then in would not after transfer
   
   
   most likely you do not need to mess with that option
