What happened to nginxcp.com? (nginx admin)

Just several days ago, I was on http://nginxcp.com's forum pages.
I noticed they had just released a version 2.4, which I was going to update to, this weekend.
Now when I return to there site, it has an Arabic(?) theme with a progress bar on it.

Is the nginx admin project dead now? Should I uninstall my version 2.3 and move to a paid version like http://cpnginx.com?
Does anyone have any info on what is happening with http://nginxcp.com?

The issue was come after the released of cPanel 11.30 to current build which cause this issue, We have moved site to other server now.
