What happened to WhmSonic and Shoutcast?

Hello all, I do have the life time WhmSonic/Shoutcast reseller license, I noticed that when trying to access to the WhmSonic reseller panel from VPS via browser it is showing a error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/whmsonic/index.php on line 18

Does any one know how to fix this error?

so I'm not able to access WhmSonic reseller panel in order to manage it, worst thing now is that I found out that WhmSonic user/resellers login option is not working any more, it looks like the services is not working any more.
As a reseller I can access to my clients WhmSonic panel and my clients' radio streaming are working well.

Does any one know if WhmSonic company is not longer in bussiness? or know a better way to contact them for support? by the way WhmSonic support never answer to any tickets even marked as a urgent,

One more thing:
Do I need to reinstall WhmSonic reseller control panel? if yes, what's the best way to don't affect and loose the actual clients, meaning if once reinstalled I need to create clients again and notify them about they need to create them setting/autodj/ftp audio files.
