Currently on my cPanel license, I have 10 accounts/domains. I want to dpowngrade my license to 5 accounts only, what will happen to my other 5 accounts? Will it still remain on the server and the website is still accessible?
Hey there! You'd need to remove the cPanel accounts before you perform the downgrade. The license will not work properly with the wrong number of accounts on the machine.
