What is BitchX? Should I allow customers to use it?

    What is BitchX? Should I allow customers to use it?

    Does it use a lot of cpu?

    I wouldn't let them use it. It uses a lot of CPU and if you look on the Background Process Killer page in WHM, you'll see it listed there.

    BitchX is an ircII client. It is resource hugger and I won't allow clients using/installing that program on any server.

    yeah just charge more :) BTW why are you letting any of your customers shell accounts? Scary stuff.. Especially ones that use BitchX.
